Learning portal privacy notice
LUR’s Strategic Growth Innovators, LLC, operating as LUR Growth, provides The Calm Infrastructure Lab learning portal. This notice describes information handled at learning.lurgrowth.com.
Your learning information
We store your name, verified account email, sign-in provider, enrollment status, Skool email if you provide it, quiz answers and scores, portfolio files, feedback, completion confirmations, certificate details and email preferences. Password accounts store a password hash. Google sign-in provides your basic identity information; it does not give this portal access to your Gmail, Drive or Google password.
Why we use it
We use these records to authenticate you, confirm enrollment, save and assess your work, provide feedback, issue eligible certificates, send account and learning messages, and investigate access or security problems. Only authorized facilitators can review learner records. Other learners cannot access your portfolio through this portal.
Providers and security
Cloudflare hosts the portal, database, private uploads and outgoing email. Google processes Google sign-in and our support email. Skool separately manages community membership and course content. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Necessary session cookies keep you signed in. This portal does not currently load advertising or optional analytics trackers. Technical request and security logs may be recorded by our hosting provider.
Your choices and records
Optional learning reminders and follow-ups are off until you opt in. You can change them in Email preferences. Account, security, assessment and certificate messages support the service. Contact latoya@lurobinson.com to request access, corrections or deletion of your records. We retain learning and issuance records as needed to provide the course, document issued certificates, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. We will explain any records we need to retain when responding to a deletion request.
Use fictional or de-identified examples
Do not upload confidential donor, staff or beneficiary records, passwords, health records or other sensitive personal information. Remove identifying details from your portfolio examples.
