YOUR LEARNING GUIDE
From classroom to certificate.
For learners enrolled in AI Integration for Nonprofit Leaders.
1. Finish your course modules
Work through the six modules in Skool and prepare the practical deliverable from each one. Then use the Learning Portal classroom entry to return here.
The CALM Nonprofit AI Capacity Systems templates and recordings support implementation. Those resources do not replace the six certification assessments or portfolio.
2. Complete your assessments
Score 80% or higher in every quiz. You have unlimited retries, and your best score in each quiz counts. A lower score on a later attempt does not erase an earlier pass.
Answer every question before submitting. Check for the saved result and submission reference. Marking a Skool lesson complete does not submit a quiz.
3. Submit your portfolio
Upload one PDF, no larger than 10 MB, containing these six deliverables:
- AI Tools Landscape Map
- Organizational Readiness Diamond
- C.A.L.M. Workflow Map
- AI Acceptable Use Policy
- 90-Day AI Integration Roadmap
- Measurement & Governance Dashboard
Include your name, organization or fictional case, and version date. Keep owners, dates, safeguards and measures consistent. Remove confidential donor, staff and beneficiary information.
Latoya reviews your latest submission. If revisions are requested, read the feedback and upload an updated PDF. An older approval does not approve a newer submission.
Open portfolio & certificate →4. Check your completion record
Your certificate requires six passing quizzes and approval of your latest portfolio. Complete all six modules and learning activities, then confirm completion when you submit your portfolio. This accredited activity carries 13 CPD hours, provider 51018, activity 51018/1. Your official certificate includes a second page with the Learning Reflection Tool. Keep both pages and complete the reflection for your professional records.
Sign-in and access help
Create an account with your email and a password, then open the verification email. You can also use Google sign-in when available. After signing in, Latoya confirms your paid enrollment before opening assessments. Use Forgot password if you need to reset your password.
Use the email associated with your course enrollment. Entering a different Skool email in your learner details does not change the signed-in account or grant course access.
If a result is missing, first check the signed-in account and reload the portal. For access or upload help, email latoya@lurobinson.com with the course title, module number, error message and submission reference, if available. Never send a password or sign-in link.
